Styling Services Agreement
SCOPE OF SERVICES
Fitted by Jacy ("Stylist") agrees to provide personal styling services to the Client, which may include wardrobe consultation, personal shopping guidance, styling boards, look books, or other fashion-related services as agreed upon.
PAYMENT TERMS
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before any styling services begin.
The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the service, prior to delivery of the final styling materials.
No styling recommendations or materials will be delivered until the final balance is paid in full.
ITEM AVAILABILITY & SELECTIONS
Fitted by Jacy is not responsible for item availability. While every effort will be made to select items in stock at the time of recommendation, the Stylist is not liable if an item becomes unavailable or sells out before the Client completes their purchase.
If an item sells out, Fitted by Jacy can reselect a replacement for a fee per look/item, payable before the re-selection process begins.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Client must communicate sizing, style preferences, and budget honestly and accurately.
All purchases made from third-party retailers are at the sole discretion of the Client.
Stylist is not responsible for sizing, shipping, return policies, or quality of third-party merchandise.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Because the deposit is used to reserve the Stylist’s time and expertise, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
Should the Client cancel after services have begun, no refunds will be issued for work already completed.
LIABILITY
Fitted by Jacy is providing personal styling recommendations only and is not responsible for any dissatisfaction with items purchased, retailer delays, or fit issues.
Client agrees to release and hold harmless the Stylist from any claims related to purchases or services outside the scope of this Agreement.
ACCEPTANCE
By signing below, the Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Agreement.
